Some sessions you just wish you could hit pause on Some sessions you just wish you could hit pause on ❤️ I’ve had so much fun photographing the Braxton family the past couple of years, and this sunset session in Emerald Isle was one of those evenings you wish could have lasted forever. The kids, the beach, the pier, the ocean, that golden evening light…and plenty of those little in-between moments that end up being some of my favorite photographs. There’s something pretty special about watching a family grow in front of your camera year after year. These are the memories you don’t get back — the sandy feet, windblown hair, big smiles, and everyone just being together. Some wedding days are just plain fun. Sheridan & K Some wedding days are just plain fun. Sheridan & Kenneth’s was one of those days. ❤️ From the beautiful Catholic church ceremony to the absolute *chaos - in the best possible way - at Cherry Point’s Hancock Lodge, their crew knew how to celebrate. And these two? The sweetest. Seriously. Sheridan and Kenneth are the kind of couple you can’t help but love, and then you meet their family and friends and think, yep…now I get it. There was so much laughter and a whole lot of people who were genuinely thrilled to be there celebrating these two. The reception was simply a BLAST. And yes, we may have gotten a little creative with the bridal party photos. 😂 I loved this wedding. I loved this couple. I loved their people. And as I’m about to hit “send” on their gallery, I’m still smiling ❤️ Sheridan & Kenneth — thank you for letting us be part of your ridiculously fun and simply gorgeous day.
